Bangalore/India – This automation solution, supplied to Essar Power Gujarat has been produced to control the common header of circulating water pumps for Salaya 1. Demonstrating an ability to provide tailored systems, the bespoke design for the 2x600MW plant combines Auma’s electric multiturn actuator, integral actuator controls and worm gearbox with a 3.6m butterfly valve from KBL. Auma’s modular actuator design supports the need for flexible operation at the thermal power plant and a requirement for durability was addressed with KBL’s ebonite lined butterfly valve.
