Pest Controls American Manufacturer of Pest Controls Forms Joint–Venture With SIS India

Terminix, an American manufacturer of pest controls, announced to form a joint venture with the Indian industrial service provider SIS. The company will supply Terminix pest controller products relying on SIS broad service infrastructure and customer base in India.

Mephis, Tenesse/USA; New Delhi/India – American pest control producer Terminix joins forces with the Indian Security and Intelligence Services (SIS) Group, forming an alliance for pest and termite control services in India. This future joint venture will serve both residential and commercial customers, says Terminix. For Terminix, it also marks the company's first, non-franchise expansion outside of North America.

The joint venture company will use Terminix’s technical expertise and knowledge of the termite and pest control industry while relying on SIS’ infrastructure and customer base on the Indian market.

The Indian company, based in New Dehli, is the country's largest security and business support services provider with over 100 offices and an associate base of 52,000. The company serves over 3,000 corporate customers across different industrial segments. Already in 2008, Terminix's parent company, ServiceMaster, entered into a relationship with SIS through its ServiceMaster Clean brand.
