The bulletin describes the 600-9/9500 thermal mass flowmeter with integral microprocessor electronics for the flow measurement of liquids, slurries, gases and homogeneous solids.
Measurement of the flow path is non-intrusive and there are no moving parts or electrical contacts to the flowing medium. The standard material of construction is 316 SS, but models made of Hastelloy C, Monel, Inconel, Carpenter 20 and carbide and fluorocarbon coatings are also available. Flow indication and totalization are further options.
