Georg Fischer of Germany has released a more than 700 page book designed as a reference work for professionals when it comes to the planning, product selection, machining, routing and commissioning of high pressure pipes for industrial applications. The book deals with such topics as an introduction to plastics, materials used, permits and norms, information on installing ISO/DIN-compliant commercial pipelines, the design and layout of industrial pipeline systems, machining and routing, joining technology, planning basics for manual and automatic valves, as well as the planning basics of measuring and control systems. Moreover a list of chemical resistance values is included.
