More cooling power and less floor space
Continuous cooling and solidification of viscous fluid products

Steel belt coolers have been used in production processes for decades. Now, there are new cooling designs with much more cooling power which occupy considerably less floor space. These space-saving systems might postpone the next building extension or even make it unnecessary.
Continuous cooling belts are utilized for cooling, solidification and crystallization, and the formation of chips, stripes and pastilles of various products. These products include resins, waxes, paraffin, tar, sulfur, powder coating, caprolactam, hot-melt, toner and many more. The amount of floor space these systems occupy depends on the application and on cooler design. Traditional steel belt coolers can be up to 150 ft in length.
