Spotlight on meteringpumps

The Lutz-Jesco product line includes low-cost solenoid drive diaphragm metering pumps, motor drive diaphragm metering pumps and reciprocating piston metering pumps which are designed for pressures exceeding 200 bar and which can deliver up to 4200 l/h. Micro-processor based control units are available to integrate the pumps into control loops. The units can be configured to handle a wide variety of control signals and monitoring systems. Metering pumps with manual feed adjustment are available for applications that do not require external control.
At MAGDOS LT the energy consumption of the pump drive is electronically adjusted - according to the required back pressure. This technique reduces energy consumption, noise and heating in the pump. Because less heat is generated by the Magdos LT, it can be operated in ambient temperatures up to 45oC depending on the material used.

The pumps can deliver between 0.2 and 17 l/h at a maximum pressure of 16 bar, and flexible pressure adjustment provides extra versatility. Integrated double ball valves ensure high-recision metering accuracy even when delivery volumes are low. The Magdos LT solenoid diaphragm pump is used primarily in the water treatment and process industries. It features a hermetically sealed design and is suitable for use with toxic and aggressive media.
