On the premises unconnected, strictly separated plants are providing maximum cleanliness at the processing of cosmetics and consumer care products as well as resin, wax and other fine chemicals, minimizing the danger of mutual contamination at the same time. The storage of both raw and finished materials is also handled separately from each other according to orders. Moreover, there is no contact between the cooling water and the product during the complete processing, thus even here a contamination is prevented.
The cooling time and the related solidification time of the pastilles on the cooling conveyors is very short due to the stainless steel’s high thermal conductivity, allowing high volumetric performances of the plant.
